The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Conference brings together real estate leaders, investors, and developers to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of retail and mixed-use spaces across Canada. As a major national property owner and developer, Choice Properties participates annually to showcase its portfolio, share its vision, and build relationships with partners across the industry.
Puncture collaborated with Choice Properties to design and produce an engaging booth environment that embodied the brand’s values. From spatial design and environmental graphics to the digital displays, our team developed a cohesive brand experience that resulted in a warm, modern, and inviting presence at ICSC — one that brought the Choice Properties brand to life through thoughtful design and purposeful storytelling.
